Third Place Company

Taking our name and our mission from Ray Oldenberg's The Great Good Place, Third Place Company develops mixed use projects with the goals of strengthening communities, creating value, and protecting our ecological heritage, all while having a good time. Working closely with public agencies, non-governmental organizations, and civic groups, our team brings retail and mixed-use developments to life.

 

On the retail side, Third Place Company is made up of Third Place Books, The Honey Bear Bakery and Cafe, and The Pub at Third Place. Our development and management team has developed or redeveloped dozens of unique retail projects around the country, including Crossroads, Bellevue. We also consult regularly on urban and economic development strategies with cities, public agencies and private interests.
